1. Scope
Pulsely is a personal wellness trend and record-keeping app. By using Pulsely, you agree to use it only for personal reference and in accordance with these terms.
Pulsely is operated by DDX. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app or purchase Pulsely Plus.
2. Wellness Use Only
Pulsely is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, emergency monitoring, or a replacement for professional care.
Energy and Stress scores are product-level wellness journal indicators derived on device from BPM and scenario context. They are not HRV, psychological stress, clinical energy, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or medical measurements.
Camera-based pulse estimates may be influenced by device hardware, camera quality, lighting, finger placement, skin conditions, movement, and signal quality. Manual record sections are user-entered notes from other sources.
If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, persistent dizziness, persistent palpitations, or any emergency symptoms, call emergency services or see a doctor immediately.
3. Accounts and Device Identity
Pulsely does not use app-user accounts in this version. The app uses an app-generated anonymous device ID to connect your device to backend app functionality such as records, reminders, entitlements, and monetization configuration.
You are responsible for the device and Apple ID used to install and purchase through the app.
4. Pulsely Plus and Billing
Pulsely Plus subscriptions are billed through your App Store account. The App Store checkout shows the final price, renewal terms, trial or introductory offer eligibility, and cancellation options before you confirm.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore purchases checks App Store entitlement state and refreshes your Plus status.
Plus features, eligibility, reminders, measurement limits, ad suppression, and other access rules may be controlled by backend configuration and App Store entitlement state.
5. Ads and Attribution
Eligible free users may see ads through Google Mobile Ads SDK when backend configuration enables an ad placement. Plus access suppresses supported in-app ads, and a backend global ad shutoff disables every ad placement.
Pulsely may use AppsFlyer for app install, launch, attribution measurement, and limited coarse conversion events when configured. Health record values, pulse BPM values, raw camera data, manual record values, measurement scenarios, wellness history, backend record IDs, and StoreKit transaction payloads are not sent to ad or attribution SDKs for targeting.
6. Privacy
Your use of Pulsely is also governed by the Pulsely Privacy Policy, which explains how this backend-connected version handles data.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with backend services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer service protections, submit fraudulent purchase or entitlement data, or use Pulsely in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
8. Changes and Availability
We may update the app, backend configuration, supported features, and these terms when the product changes or when platform or legal requirements change. Some features may require network access, App Store availability, or backend availability.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected] or visit Pulsely Support.
